As the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Doha, we are delighted to welcome you once again to our iftar programs and share the spirit of holy month of Ramadan together.

To ensure a smooth registration process and a pleasant experience for all participants, please kindly take note of the following guidelines:

Due to the limited capacity, guests are kindly requested to register only if their attendance is certain.

As the seating arrangement for our iftar programmes will be determined in advance, it will not be possible for those who have not registered to attend our iftars.

Each application is for one person only and non-transferable.

Guests whose spouses are not Turkish citizens are required to fill out the application form in English.

You can only attend one of the iftar programmes organised by our Embassy.

After completing the application, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. This email does not mean that your application has been approved; it only confirms that your application has been received.

A badge with QR code will be issued and sent via separate e-mail upon approval of your registration.

Guests must bring their identification with them during the security check at the entrance, using a printed or screenshot QR code.

Some guests may experience difficulties and/or delays receiving their QR code confirmation e-mails when using corporate/institutional e-mail addresses. To avoid such issues, we recommend using personal email address for registration. (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.)

Please follow our social media accounts for updates.
