As the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Doha, we are delighted to welcome you once again to our iftar programs and share the spirit of holy month of Ramadan together.

To ensure a smooth registration process and a pleasant experience for all participants, please kindly take note of the following guidelines:

• Guests are required to complete their registration via dohaevent.com or the Doha Event mobile application.

• Due to limited capacity, the guests are kindly requested to register, only if their participation is certain.

Each registration is valid for one person only. Given the capacity constraints of our Iftar programs, if you wish to attend with family members, including children, they must be registered individually / separately.

• Seating arrangements will be determined in advance. Therefore, individuals without prior registration will not be accommodated.

• Some guests may experience difficulties receiving their QR code confirmation emails when using corporate email addresses. To avoid such issues, we recommend using personal email addresses for registration.

• We appreciate your understanding of the arrangement that allows each person to register for only one iftar program, ensuring wider participation.

We kindly emphasize that each application is for one person only.

We thank you for your understanding regarding the arrangement of not registering for multiple iftar programs, as we aim to ensure that all citizens who wish to participate in our iftar programs have the opportunity to do so.

• Please follow the Embassy’s announcements and check your registered email regularly for any updates / changes regarding the iftar programs.
